All 28 EU Member States plus Norway and 14 energy-related associations and companies have signed the Tallinn declaration on e-Energy. This declaration is the world’s first extensive declaration of intent that takes account of the development of energy technology and IT and calls for intensified cooperation on digitising the energy sector.
