The German Energy Agency (dena) has launched an international competition entitled ‘Start Up Energy Transition’. Young companies can submit their ideas for new business models and their visions for the energy transition until 31 January 2017. Find out more
In the category of research, the German Sustainability Award was awarded to Evonik this year. The company was honoured for developing a new manufacturing process that helps mass-produce thermoelectric modules at a very low cost.
